R&D

The product design process begins in the Design and R&D Department.
 
Products are designed with a computer program, which produces a 3D model (CAD – Computer Aided Design), in a form that is suitable for machine milling, using ProENGINEER, CATIA, RHINOCEROS, AutoCad.
We use rapid prototyping technology (Dimension 3D printer) for design optimization and tool production, as well as for ‘reverse engineering’, for which measurements are performed using the Zeiss Contura scanning machine, the GOM Atos IIe measuring camera, and the Romer Sigma scanning arm.
